| WorldGate Communications is engaged in the development and sale of its video phones. Co. has developed the Ojo video phone, an ergonomically designed product specifically for in-home and business, personal video communication. The Ojo video phone was designed for use on the existing high-speed data (HSD) network infrastructure but it will also connect to the analog phone line for interoperability with the voice only communications offered by the existing public switched telephone networks (PSTN) and voice over Internet protocol (VoIP) networks.
