| Imperial Oil is an integrated oil company that explores, produces, transports and sells crude oil and natural gas, as well as manufactures, transports and sells petroleum products. Co. is also a manufacturer and marketer of petrochemicals. Co. has three segments: natural resources, which includes the exploration for, and production of, conventional crude oil, natural gas, upgraded crude oil and heavy oil; petroleum products, which comprises the transportation, refining and blending of crude oil and refined products and the distribution and marketing of these products; and chemicals, which includes the manufacturing and marketing of various hydrocarbon-based chemicals and chemical products. |
