As of Dec 31 2006, Co.'s products included large-diameter seamless pressure vessels, hydraulic and pneumatic cylinders and metal bar grating. Co.'s customers include original equipment manufacturers and end-users in a variety of industries, such as transportation, power generation, chemicals, metals and electronics. As of Dec 31 2006, Co. had three operating segments: Pressure vessels, Cylinders and Grating. Co. also has a 65.0% interest in its joint venture with Shanghai Klemp Metal Products Co., Ltd. |
