NOTICE TO ANYONE WHO FOUND THIS PAGE BY SEARCHING FOR A STOCK SYMBOL YOU RECEIVED AN EMAIL, TEXT MESSAGE, OR FAX SPAM ABOUT

Many OTC and PK stocks (also known as "penny stocks" or "sub-penny stocks") do not have a very good Interent presence, and often times searching for their ticker symbol in Google or other search engines will lead you to a quote page like ours.

PLEASE DO NOT CONTACT US regarding messages you have received via text message, e-mail spam or FAX encouraging you to buy a stock! These messages did not come from us, and the companies that are being advertised by email/fax spamming are not companies we list. You can find information about every stock on our site, but only the companies listed on the home page are companies that we work with directly. The rest of the information comes directly from Nasdaq, AMEX, NYSE, and the OTCBB boards. We are not, nor are we related to, the company being advertised in the spam, nor are we the company that sent you the spam, nor can we help you get in touch with the company or the spammer.

The message you received is what's known as a "pump and dump" scheme. We get them too, usually several per day, and they're quite annoying. Rarely do these emails ever even originate from the company who's stock is being advertised - what generally happens is an individual or small group of penny stock investors will get together and buy as many shares of a relatively unknown stock as they can afford. Then they'll put in a sell order for 2 or 3 times what the stock is going for on the market, and start sending out e-mails and faxes promoting the stock. These messages are virtually impossible to trace, and many people who receive them will fall for the scam and rush out to buy the stock, believing that it's going to be going up in value soon. This action drives the volume and price of these stocks way above normal - making a lot of money for those original spammers who bought it early, but causing those who bought it as a result of the advertisement to lose theirs when the spamming stops. In short, the people who are spamming you are making money at your expense.

We recommend that you never buy any stocks you have learned about through unsolicited communication. The only stocks that are being advertised this way are the ones where the value or normal volume is so low they aren't worth buying!. SmallCapWatch does not engage in any stock promotion of any kind outside of our own website. In fact, we don't even e-mail or fax our own members - we have an internal messaging system used to communicate with members and the only e-mail they'll ever receive from us is one that tells them they have a new message on our internal system.

Thank you,
